Privacy statement Per SE Coaching
per SE Coaching processes your personal data in a secure and careful manner so that your data cannot fall into the hands of unauthorized persons. In handling your personal data we comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG/GDPR). Below you can read how we implement this in concrete terms.

Per SE Coaching processes personal data because you have reported to us as a client of your own accord and/or because you provide it to us yourself. By using coaching with Per SE Coaching, you agree that we collect and use your personal data in accordance with this privacy statement. A processing log is kept for each processing. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

How long we keep data
per SE Coaching will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. All personal and administrative data are kept for 7 years if they are kept as a result of a legal obligation. Other data will be kept for 2 months, with a maximum of 2 years, after termination of the customer relationship, in order to be available for possible follow-up of a coaching trajectory.
Sharing personal data with third parties
per SE Coaching will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
View, modify or remove data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to susanne@perse-coaching.com or by mail: Ruusbroeclaan 19, 5611LT Eindhoven - NL. To make sure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. We hereby ask you to black out your passport photo and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. per SE Coaching will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
Security of personal data
per SE Coaching takes the protection of your data seriously and takes adequate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
